Mechanical Project Manager
Location: London / Nationwide Projects
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Autonomy in your role + secured work + pension + annual leave + more!
An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, delivering shop fit-out and design & build projects across the UK.

The Role
Manage mechanical packages on fast-paced fit-out and D&B projects
Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships across repeat business frameworks
Plan and manage your own diary, site visits, and workload What’s on Offer
£60,000 – £70,000 base salary

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E or fit-out
Strong background delivering design & build projects
Comfortable managing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and programmes
Strong client-facing and communication skills
