Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent (Open to Freelance)
Location: Office-based in Richmond, London, with projects across London, Chelmsford, Brighton, and Salisbury
The Shore Group is working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary building services engineering company that is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
This role will involve managing mechanical packages across multiple projects located in London, Chelmsford, Brighton, and Salisbury, with an office base in Richmond, London.
The ideal candidate will be happy to travel & have experience in:
* RAMS, site inductions, and Health & Safety compliance
* Ventilation and air conditioning systems
* Overseeing commissioning activities
* End-to-end project management
* Commercial and cost management
* Managing subcontractors to programme
* Programme planning and project delivery
