What you’ll do
Lead mechanical building services projects from design and estimation through to installation, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction. You’ll be managing the delivery of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, working closely with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with their business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Estimating and designing bespoke mechanical solutions
* Procuring materials and labour efficiently
* Overseeing subcontractor performance
* Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality
* Leading project meetings with clients and stakeholders
What you’ll need
* At least 5 years of experience in mechanical building services project management
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and project delivery
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and lead teams
