Our client is a privately owned, leading Building Services contractor with offices across the South West & Wales. The role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be joining a pivotal role, leading and driving innovation. Sitting firmly across on the delivery side, your role will be helping to keep the clients' expectations managed, while ensuring project delivery, continuity and helping steer the project in the correct way, without corner-cutting. The first project is located in Cardiff.

The requirements

At present, you should be working in a Project Management position, with a good spread of project exposure across various clients; these can include healthcare, large-scale commercial, hospitality, commercial etc. To name a few. Ideally, you will be Newport-based, working for a similar scale contractor, with an average project value of around £2m-6m, although flexible for the right person.

The package

The budget is pretty flexible with regard to salary, the client is after the right person with the right skill set. If you have the experience, ability and track record, you can command the salary and we will work with you to ensure you achieve the maximum for your ability. Ideally, we're looking for people between £60k-£75k as salary expectation. The role also offers hybrid working, a company vehicle or car allowance, Bonus, company mobile and generous holiday entitlement.
