True are partnering with a well-established, mechanical contractor delivering high-quality mechanical packages across the hospitality, leisure, and education sectors. As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll lead a newly secured £7M hotel development in Hackney, managing the full mechanical package from early stages through to completion. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, pipework, and controls. The role will be fully site-based, with full responsibility for subcontractor management, client liaison, and project delivery.
We’re looking for someone confident across all stages, ideally with experience in hotel or student accommodation projects, who can work independently, make decisions on the ground, and represent the company professionally. You’ll be joining a business that values initiative, quality, and long-term relationships.
Mechanical Project Manager Package:
* £70,000–£85,000 basic salary (DOE)
