Are you an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager? Then this is the ideal project for you, we are looking for someone that is ready to drive the mechanical package forward for a high end residential project for one our key Tier 1 Sub Contractors clients.

About the role:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery for all Mechanical works on this scheme. Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager. You will work closely with an established team including an Electrical Project Manager and Site Managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the mechanical works on site
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with design teams and field personnel to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide proactive solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
