Mechanical Project Manager
Residential Development – North London
Contract: 6 Months
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a large residential project in North London on a 6-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the mechanical services package from site setup through to completion
Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and other trade package managers
Manage procurement, variations, and cost control for the mechanical scope
Ensure works comply with current regulations, specifications, and project standards
Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reporting
Drive commissioning, snagging, and handover activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects
Strong background in HVAC, domestic services, and plantroom installations
Valid SMSTS certification (essential)
CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage fast-paced site delivery and multiple work fronts
