Mechanical Project Manager\n\nCommercial & Industrial Projects | Midlands-Based\n\nA well-established, family-run Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team.\n\nThe business delivers commercial and industrial building services projects across the Midlands, working on a mix of refurbishments and new-build schemes, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £5m.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-start through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction to completion\n\n * \n\n Planning programmes, labour, and procurement\n\n * \n\n Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * \n\n Managing cost control, variations, and progress reporting\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and technical standards\n\n * \n\n Attending client and site meetings and managing key stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Supporting commissioning, snagging, and handover\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services\n\n * \n\n Background delivering commercial and/or industrial projects\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * \n\n SMSTS / CSCS (preferred)\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Permanent role with Midlands-based projects (regional work)\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Company vehicle or car allowance\n\n * \n\n Stable workload with a strong forward pipeline\n\n * \n\n Supportive, family-run business with realistic workloads\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager seeking regional projects, long-term stability, and the chance to work with an established contractor delivering high-quality mechanical installations
