Requirements:

Mechanically biased with 5+ years’ experience.

Background in commercial/industrial projects.
*
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
*
Coordinate teams, contractors, and resources.
*
Set project objectives and maintain quality control.
*
Manage contracts and support commercial duties.
*
Build client relationships and support bids.
*
Maintain programmes and produce site reports.
*
Supervise and develop staff.
*
Improve systems and performance.
*
Lead site health & safety and produce H&S plans.
*
Uphold company equality and safety policies.
*
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
SMSTS/IOSH desirable.
*
Reliable and resilient in challenging situations.
