Role: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Bromsgrove Office / London Project Sites (80% London Based) Contract Type: Permanent Sector: Commercial Building Services / Mechanical Installations Salary: Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance (DOE) Project Range: £100,000 – £1.8 million
Overview We are partnering with a well-established mechanical and HVAC contractor specialising in commercial air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical building services installations across the UK. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical solutions across commercial fit-outs and refurbishment projects, supported by a practical and experienced delivery team.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work for the coming year, they are now looking to appoint two Mechanical Project Managers to strengthen the project delivery team. The successful candidates will lead and manage mechanical packages across multiple commercial projects, with a particular focus on plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
The role will involve regular site attendance, with approximately 2–3 days per week on project sites in London, alongside 2 days based in the Bromsgrove office coordinating project delivery, procurement and client communication.
