Role: Mechanical Project Manager – C. London – £400-£475 per day. CIS or Ltd Comp.

The candidate will be responsible for manaing the shell & core to Cat A spec on a commercial refurbishment circa £20m M&E.

Responsibilities:

* Design Management (reviewing design liaising with client, main contractor and consultants)

* Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plant

* Technical submittals

* RFIs – Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractors

* Value Engineering where applicable

* Programming of works
