We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and technically proficient individual to manage HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, on-site teams, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and deliver Mechanical projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Prepare project estimates, cost plans, and schedules

*

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements

Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment

*

Conduct site inspections and project review meetings

*

Maintain all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports

*

Identify risks and implement corrective actions to stay on track

*

Support and troubleshoot technical issues related to Mechanical systems
