Mechanical Quality Engineer

On-Site Global are looking for a Mechanical Quality Engineer in Amsterdam, The Netherlands starting ASAP .
Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in The Netherlands - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU .

Rate:
€80,000/annum

Duties:
Overseeing the assembly and integration of mechanical systems within prefabricated MEP modules and plantrooms
Ensures the proper installation, testing, and quality control of mechanical components, including pipework, pumps, heat exchangers, and associated equipment, in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
Identify and document any snags during the assembly process, including incorrect installations, missing components, or quality issues related to MEP systems and plantroom equipment
Complete pre-commissioning checks to verify that all mechanical systems are ready for final commissioning

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5pm
Friday & Saturday 7:30am - 3pm

Required:
3-5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in MEP systems and plantroom design or modular construction
Hands-on experience with the assembly and installation of mechanical systems such as piping, pumps, heat exchangers, and HVAC components in both plantrooms and MEP modules.
