Supervision of Mechanical installations through out assigned projects to ensure the safety of the installation team , whilst successful deliver to the program and desired standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Control of installation teams to ensure design suitability, works methodology and solve key installation issues/constructability.Completion of shift reports accurately so the commercial team to track design changes and variances.Working with the delivery manager to plan design, installation and T&C works. Provision of accurate assessment on forecast works to complete and provide suitable readjustments to ensure project programmes are maintained.Control of the site day to day works and report progress to Delivery ManagerSupervision of subcontractor works as appropriate Ensure works comply with VVB and client quality management systemsLiaise with specialist on site sub-contractors for site installations manage the filling in and completion of handover documentation to the required project standardsEnsure that all commissioning activities are carried out safely and by competent persons only.Maintain and co-ordinate the red-line and as-built drawings and process in-line with the VVB and client processesManage the day to day activates of all the labour on site and perform daily start of shift briefsManage all the supervisors / chargehands reporting up stream of issues Assisting with site solutions and the design team Assisting with positioning of plant Attend meetings for interface between VVB and the client Completion of daily reports required by the projects REQUIREMENTS NVQ or equivalent level 3 in mechanical pipe fitting / industrial plumbing SSSTS/SMSTSCSCS CardKnowledge of relevant pipework install and relevant standards.Knowledge of planning and how to structure site works Knowledge of setting personnel to workMS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerpointWhy Join Anthro?
