Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical plant and building services across a large commercial building. This role comes with bundles of overtime so if you’re looking for a position with great earning potential, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on all mechanical plant

* General building services

* Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to ensure optimal building performance.

* mechanical fault finding and repair.

* Maintenance and servicing of AHUs & FCUs

Requirements

* Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

* Proven background in building services or facilities maintenance

* Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication ability
