A well-established UK market leader in the supply, design, manufacture, installation and servicing of pumping equipment is looking to add a Mechanical Site Technician to its growing external site team.
This is a hands-on, field-based role working alongside an Electrical Site Engineer on installations, commissioning, servicing and breakdowns of pumping and associated equipment. The role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term stability within a busy, fast-paced environment.
The Role
*
Attend nationwide installations and breakdowns as required
*
Service, repair and assemble pumps and pumping equipment
*
Participate in a standby rota covering weekends and bank holidays
*
Complete site reports after each visit and obtain customer sign-off
*
Maintain company procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
*
Act as a professional ambassador on customer sites
*
Ensure company vehicle, tools and van stock are maintained
*
Identify training and development needs
*
Work in line with Health & Safety policies and procedures
*
Be flexible to meet the needs of the business
