Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor\n Leeds\n £48,000 – £50,000 + Package\n\nA well-established M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team.\n\nWorking across a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects, you will oversee the delivery of multi-million-pound mechanical packages on site.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Supervising mechanical works on site from start through to completion\n\n * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations\n\n * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n\n * Coordinating with project managers and other trades on site\n\n * Monitoring progress and reporting back to senior management\n\n * Ensuring full health & safety compliance\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisor\n\n * Background working on commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects\n\n * Strong understanding of mechanical services\n\n * SSSTS or SMSTS \n\n * Good communication and organisational skills\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary between £48,000 – £50,000\n\n * Pension\n\n * Holiday allowance\n\n * Career progression opportunities
