The Role:

Overseeing the mechanical package for commercial projects

Typically managing 1 project at a time Managing direct mechanical labour & sub-contractors Inc. specialists Managing interfaces with existing client facilities Procurement (managing material levels and working with suppliers) Production of RAMS and paperwork associated with construction processes and procurement Reporting to the Mechanical Contracts Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

Will have 5+ years’ experience in the Mechanical industry Will have previous experience working as Mechanical Site Manager Will have previous experience working on commercial projects Will hold a JIB/Skill card & SSSTS/SMSTS Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines Will have excellent communication skills Will be located in the Yorkshire area and be willing to travel and lodge away when required

What You’ll Get:

An hourly rate of £21.04 - 25.67 (DOE)

Weekly pay - timesheets submitted on Fridays for pay early the week after

Overtime is as per BESA standard, P1 and P2 rates after 8 hours standard
