Mechanical Site Manager – Residential & Care Home Project St John’s Wood, North West London £280 – £300 per day CIS Start: ASAP | Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday

An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to take the lead on a high-spec residential and care home development in North West London. The scheme includes a 121-bed care facility alongside 12 new-build apartments, with a total M&E value between £6–7 million and a programme duration of 15 months.
This is a site-based contract role requiring an immediate start. You’ll be working alongside an Electrical-biased Project Manager and a Junior M&E Supervisor, with clear responsibilities and the backing of a well-organised team.
