Mechanical Supervisor – Commercial Fit Out\n\n Birmingham City Centre\n 6 Months\n £300 per day\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre.\n\nDuties:\n\n * \n\n Supervising mechanical works on site\n\n * \n\n Managing mechanical subcontractors and labour\n\n * \n\n Overseeing installation of:\n\n * \n\n Air Handling Units (AHUs)\n\n * \n\n HVAC systems\n\n * \n\n BMS interfaces\n\n * \n\n Sprinkler systems\n\n * \n\n Kitchen & catering mechanical services\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification\n\n * \n\n Coordinating with site management and other trades\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out)\n\n * \n\n SSSTS – essential\n\n * \n\n Relevant mechanical trade/supervisory qualifications\n\n * \n\n Strong H&S awareness\n\n £300 per day\n Birmingham City Centre\n 6 months’ work
