Our client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Lincolnshire. The role involves overseeing the delivery of heating-related works, including the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, across social housing properties throughout the region. Role Summary

The Mechanical Supervisor will take responsibility for managing mechanical activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards. The position covers the supervision of mechanical services such as heating, HVAC, plumbing, and associated pipework, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Acting as the main point of contact for mechanical works, the role requires close collaboration with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure full compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.
