This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a critical project in Shrewsbury, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery throughout. The Role Youll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on site , coordinating labour and subcontractors while working closely with the wider project team in a live hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise mechanical operatives and subcontractors on site
Coordinate daily activities to meet programme and quality requirements
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and RAMS
Maintain strict health & safety standards in a live healthcare setting
Liaise with the Project Manager, site teams, and hospital stakeholders
Oversee quality control, snagging, and support testing & commissioning
