Mechanical Supervisor Role – Luton
Location: Luton
Duration: Ongoing
Project: Industrial
Rate: £26.50 – £34.00 per hour (CIS / LTD)
Mechanical Supervisor Requirements
Proven experience supervising mechanical teams on industrial project
Strong background in mechanical fitting and pipework installation
Valid CSCS / JIB / CCSNG card
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical discipline or equivalent
SMSTS or SSSTS ()#
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications
Own tools and full 5-point PPE
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working in power, petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar sectors
Mechanical Supervisor Duties
Oversee mechanical fitters and ensure work is carried out to specification and schedule
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow on site
Liaise with site management, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
Assist with material take-offs and reporting progress to senior site team
Support hands-on installation where required
