The Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for Designs and analyses mechanical static equipment and leads a team of design engineers to deliver engineering projects and tasks in accordance with Pall’s product and project execution processes. Ensures all engineering deliverables meet defined targets for cost, quality, and delivery. Collaborates closely with engineering managers, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve departmental and business objectives.

This position reports to the Vessel Engineering Manager and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering  located in Portsmouth (Additional location Dubai/Warsaw)  and will be an on-site role to cover a team of engineers based in Europe, America and the Middle East (currently 8 associates) supporting key engineered to order projects.

Occasional travel (estimated up to 20%) may be required based on project needs, business meetings, or operational support requirements. Where applicable, the role requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
