Mechanical Technician – 3-Month Contract – Chemical Plant Location: Tameside area, East Manchester Rate: £41,500 pa pro-rata, or £20 per hour (all hours) - PAYE Hours: 40 hours per week, Days Contract: 3-month initial assignment – Potential to go permanent for the right candidate! We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist chemical manufacturing company who produce a wide range of products and solutions for multiple industries, including food, packaging, automotive and more….
They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician with proven industry expertise in chemical or in a similar process manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be skilled in the repair and maintenance of plant mechanical systems, and ideally blending equipment, and batch processing machinery, with a strong track record in process improvements, preventative/predictive maintenance, and health & safety excellence.
