Mechanical-Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer\n\nLocation: London - Zone 1 (Prestigious Head Office)\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)\n\nShift: Monday - Friday | Standard Office Hours\n\nThe Role\n\nAre you a precision-driven Engineer with a strong mechanical background and a "can-do" attitude toward building maintenance? We are seeking a Mechanical-Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the onsite team at a high-end, flagship commercial head office in the heart of Zone 1.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMechanical Lead: Lead the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, seals, pressurized systems, and AHUs/FCUs.\n\nMulti-Skilled Support: Assist with minor electrical tasks (lamp changes, ballast resets) and general building fabric repairs as required.\n\nSystem Monitoring: Regularly monitor BMS (Building Management Systems) to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.\n\nContractor Management: Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring all work meets the high standards of the site and adheres to Health & Safety regulations.\n\nCompliance: Maintain accurate digital logs of all works completed, ensuring the site remains fully compliant with industry standards.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nQualifications: Level 2/3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).\n\nExperience: Proven track record in a commercial office environment (preferably high-end or "Blue Chip" corporate spaces).\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
