Job Description

Media Sales Executive – UK

Location: London (Hybrid)

Reports to: Managing Director, UK

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a driven and energetic Media Sales Executive to join a fast-growing Digital Out of Home (DOOH) media business making serious waves in the UK. With over 415 digital screens already live across 225 premium residential buildings in London — and plans to exceed 500 screens by the end of 2025 — this is an exciting time to come on board and help shape the future of this innovative, design-led media platform.

This role focuses on direct advertisers and small independent media agencies, working closely with clients to deliver tailored DOOH advertising solutions that cut through and connect with high-value audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across direct brands and small media agencies.
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with advertisers in sectors like Finance, Fashion, Interiors, Health, F&B, Beauty, and more.
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from outreach and proposal through to deal close, campaign briefing, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Creating bespoke media plans that align with client KPIs and brand objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and perform against expectations.
  • Maintaining a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline, with accurate CRM reporting.
  • Keeping ahead of market trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table to meet evolving client needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in media sales or advertising, ideally with a background in working directly with brands and/or boutique agencies.
  • Exposure to OOH or DOOH is a strong advantage.
  • A confident, consultative sales approach and a genuine passion for delivering value to clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a flair for building lasting relationships.
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and naturally self-motivated.
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • A collaborative mindset – you’re excited to work as part of a small but ambitious team.

Why This Role?

You’ll be joining a business at a pivotal stage of its UK growth, with a premium product, high-calibre locations, and a team that values creativity, autonomy, and results. If you’re ready to step up and grow your career in DOOH, this is the ideal opportunity to make your mark.
