We operate as a dual‑purpose platform with both a media and commercial arm, inspiring clients and readers with bucket‑list worthy experiences, holistic lifestyle management services and engaging editorial content.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated media sales executive to join our team at The Sybarite. You will work closely with the in‑house team, particularly the senior client experience manager across sales and the deputy editor across our content division. You will drive revenue by selling display advertising and advertorial space in our seasonal print publication, while also selling sponsored newsletters and digital advertorials for The Sybarite’s website. Your focus will be on outbound business development, proactive pitching, and nurturing relationships with marketing and partnerships managers across a host of luxury brands.About YouWe are looking for a tenacious, confident and results‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced working environment, delivering against sales targets. You will have a confident telephone manner, and be happy to pick up the phone to make outbound sales calls and nurture new relationships. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable nature. You will be commercially savvy, analytical, and pitch new business opportunities in line with The Sybarite’s overarching commercial strategy. You will have at least one year’s experience working in media sales, ideally within the luxury field. You will have a keen interest in the world of luxury with a key focus on lifestyle and travel.Key ResponsibilitiesProject managing The Sybarite print magazine flatplan and delivering against ad revenue targetsNurturing and developing existing business relationships, converting them into long‑term clientsProactively pitching new business to deliver against ad revenue targetsAttending sales meetings and industry networking events to generate new business opportunitiesCarrying out regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunitiesReporting back to the team on weekly/monthly sales against targets.Ensuring sales pipeline is kept up to date and is highly organisedThis role is 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) based in our central London office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
