Deliver expert medical advice to support residents living in unsuitable accommodation. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for priority rehousing. Advise on adaptations, equipment, and accessible housing solutions. Work closely with internal teams, social care professionals, and external partners to provide holistic support. Contribute to policy development and planning for accessible housing projects. Be a key part of the council's innovative service, combining Benefits and Housing Needs functions.Who We're Looking For:

Qualified healthcare professional (Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Specialist, Autism Specialist, or similar).
