Wellbeing International Foundation is a pioneering regenerative medicine organisation developing and delivering Cell-Free Therapy (CFT) — a blood-derived, autologous therapy designed to harness the body’s own regenerative signals to support healing, recovery, and long-term health. The Foundation combines nearly three decades of laboratory research with real-world clinical delivery, working with clients ranging from neurological patients to elite athletes and individuals focused on longevity.Due to international growth and increasing demand for our therapies, we are seeking an experienced Medical Director / Consultant to join our London-based leadership team.This is an opportunity for an ambitious physician with an interest in regenerative medicine to work alongside a small but highly experienced medical, scientific, and management team operating at the forefront of emerging biological therapies.The Medical Director / Consultant will play a central role in clinical delivery, patient consultation, and the ongoing development of the organisation’s medical protocols. The position involves close collaboration with scientific colleagues, direct interaction with clients, and participation in the international expansion of Wellbeing’s clinical programmes.The role is based in London, with periodic international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical consultationsConduct consultations with existing and prospective clientsAssess patient conditions and determine suitability for regenerative therapiesProvide clear explanations of treatment options and expected outcomesAdminister agreed therapies, including initial treatments and follow-up infusionsMonitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing care where requiredMedical oversightMaintain awareness of emerging research in regenerative medicine, extracellular vesicles, and related biological therapiesContribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocolsStrategic collaborationWork closely with the CEO, Board, and scientific advisorsProvide medical insight to support international growth and new clinical initiativesQualifications & ExperienceMedical degree (MD or equivalent)Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experienceValid medical licenseBackground in stem cell research, extracellular vesicles, regenerative medicine, or related biological fieldsExperience in clinical research or translational medicine is advantageousMaster of Health Administration (MHA) or MBAPersonal AttributesQuick learner with a genuine interest in emerging medical technologiesOpen to new scientific approaches and evolving clinical evidenceStrong communication skills with an ability to explain complex science clearlyAttentive listener with a patient-focused approachAbility to work calmly and effectively within a small, collaborative teamAdditional RequirementsAdditional languages advantageousWillingness to undertake international travelCompensationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
