We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Medicines Management Technician (MMT) to join our forward-thinking NHS primary care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered technician ready to step outside their comfort zone and contribute meaningfully to safe, efficient, and evidence-based prescribing. The MMT will play a vital role in medicines reconciliation, high-risk medication monitoring, repeat prescription management, QOF support, and clinical governance across NHS services. You'll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team—including GPs, pharmacists, nurses, and ICB colleagues—to optimise patient care and prescribing practice.

Although the role is mostly remote, you’ll be well-supported by a team of fellow pharmacy technicians and clinical colleagues. Please note: This is a full-time, hybrid position - requirement is to attend the Euston, London office up to 2 days per month, depending on business needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
