Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll:
Manage incoming M&E enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Prepare and send tailored proposals and contracts
Maintain diary management and follow the broader Sales strategy
Up-sell additional services
Support with site visits and client show-around
Stay informed on Events trends, competitor activity, and best practices
What we're looking for:
You'll bring:
Previous M&E or reactive Sales coordination experience within a hotel or Events venue

Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with Opera Sales & Catering or Cloud systems (desired)
