Free dry cleaning for work uniform Annual Staff parties and events Company pension plan & award-winning training We are looking for our Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager , who: Expertly plans and coordinates a portfolio of hotel events from start to finish Has solid knowledge of conferences, menus, and supplier coordination Brings Opera experience (Sales & Catering & Rooms) - preferred Communicates all event details to operational teams via BEOs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Builds strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and satisfaction Proactively drives incremental revenue through upselling and creative event solutions Leads pre-event meetings and supports live event delivery with a hands-on approach Ensures accurate billing, deposits, and financial reconciliation post-event Collaborates with internal departments to maintain brand standards and readiness Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and exceptional event experiences Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care Has previous experience in hotel M&E planning or a senior role in a conference agency.
