MEICA Manager / Lead – United Utilities Framework

We’re looking for an experienced MEICA Manager / Lead to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control works across a major water infrastructure framework.

You’ll lead projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across multiple schemes.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading MEICA delivery across multiple infrastructure projects
• Driving practical, buildable, and cost-effective design solutions
• Managing interfaces across civil, design, and delivery teams
• Overseeing programme, cost, and quality performance
• Supporting procurement and supply chain delivery
• Promoting strong health, safety, and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a MEICA Project Manager / Lead role
• Strong technical knowledge across M&E and control systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset

Desirable: Degree/HNC, APM, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS
