Job Description

Role Overview:\n Deliver MEICA packages from design through commissioning and handover. Manage subcontractors, coordinate with design and construction teams, ensure compliance with safety and technical standards, and maintain programme and budget. Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive high-quality, efficient delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPromote health, safety, and wellbeing across all activities.\nManage MEICA design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.\nSupport HAZOP/HAZCON and technical reviews.\nDevelop and monitor programme, budget, and quality plans.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams and supply chain.\nEnsure permits, records, and compliance for handover.\nProvide accurate progress reporting and implement improvements.\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\nExperience delivering MEICA packages across full lifecycle.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nKnowledge of CDM Regulations and technical standards.\nPackage management and contract awareness.\nRelevant engineering or project management qualification.\nCSCS card and UK driving licence.Desirable:\n\nWater industry experience.\nMultidisciplinary team coordination.\nDesign and construction interface experience.\n\nPlease click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
