Men's Model Booker

Location: London Victoria | 3 days in 2 WFH

Salary: £32k - £42k DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Men’s Model Booker to join their dynamic agency team. The successful candidate will manage, develop, and promote male talent while maintaining strong relationships with clients across fashion, e-commerce, and commercial markets. This role requires a highly organised, confident, and commercially-minded individual with a keen eye for talent and an in-depth understanding of the men’s fashion industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent and manage the agency’s male models across all levels, from new faces to established talent
• Build and maintain relationships with photographers, casting directors, stylists, brands, and production teams
• Coordinate and negotiate all bookings including campaigns, editorials, shows, fittings, and e-commerce shoots
• Identify, scout, and nurture new male talent, guiding them through the development process
• Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to ensure models are effectively promoted across social media and industry platforms
• Manage model schedules, contracts, and travel logistics; ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with agency policies

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• 1.5+ years experience as a model booker within the men's division
• Strong network of industry contacts (brands, stylists, photographers, casting agents)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
