The role offers the chance to work creatively across housing, health, safeguarding, and community services - driving joined - up solutions for some of our most complex residents This role will involve working closely with L&Q's housing management teams and our established team of specialist advisors, including our Mental Health Lead, Mental Health Practitioners, Safeguarding and vulnerability Specialists and Domestic abuse specialists. You will work in partnership with our housing management teams to ensure confidence and best practice working with residents who experience mental health conditions to achieve positive outcomes and sustain their tenancies.
