We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and skilled Recovery Workers to join the team at our brand new Ashford-based RecoveryHouse. This residential service consists of 5 rooms and provides up to 5 days support for individuals with enduring mental health needs, who are in crisis.
During their stay, service users benefit from a safe and therapeutic environment, which includes quiet spaces, spaces to socialise, and spaces where people can access a sensory environment and activities. Our person centred approach means service users are supported to engage and lead in a process, which involves personalised support assessment, planning and review.
