About the Role Worthing Area | Community Outreach | Car Driver Essential | Male Support Workers Required The Coastal Outreach Team is expanding, and we are looking for male Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health support to individuals living across Worthing and the surrounding coastal area. This role involves supporting people in their own homes and communities, helping them develop independence, stability, and confidence.
