The Role
The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP BIM Technician to join its Kent-based team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between office and remote working. The successful candidate will support the delivery of coordinated building services designs using BIM processes across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed MEP models and drawings using Revit Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary BIM models Collaborate closely with engineers to develop effective design solutions Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements Attend coordination meetings (both in-person and virtual) Maintain accurate, high-quality model data and documentation
Requirements
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) Good understanding of BIM workflows and standards (e.g. ISO 19650) Background in MEP / building services engineering Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
Experience with AutoCAD Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection Familiarity with UK building regulations and design standards Previous consultancy experience
