We are seeking a skilled and experienced CAD Technician with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Building Services. This role involves producing high-quality service drawings to support our MEP Engineers across a diverse portfolio of projects, including: Educational facilities (schools and universities) Residential developments (multi-storey accommodation) Local government buildings Commercial schemes (office spaces) We are a well established MEP construction consultancy with over 250 employees and offices in Eltham, Manchester, and Birminghamdelivering national coverage. We provide a full suite of services including Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E Engineering, Sustainability Consulting, and more. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate flexibly within a multidisciplinary team to meet project deliverables. Support project leads across all RIBA work stages. Produce accurate technical drawings and computations as required. Stay up to date with industry developments and maintain CPD commitments.
