We are hiring for Design Manager / Lead (infrastructure Engineering / Design Assurance)

Location : Aldermaston

Proven leadership in delivering large-scale infrastructure or engineering programs within high-hazard, regulated sectors such as Defense, Nuclear, or Utilities. Expert-level proficiency in conducting technical Design Reviews, ensuring robust engineering governance, and maintaining strict configuration management. Strong command of regulatory compliance standards, safety-critical assurance processes, and integrated project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Specialized in high-security environments requiring stringent adherence to safety, environmental, and quality (EHSQ) protocols alongside team development and resource deployment.
