Freelance MEP Manager - Major Stadium Refurbishment • Up to £450 per day • City, London • Start: August 2025 • Contract : 6 months plus
We are thrilled to be working with a principal contractor, who are on stage 2 of a PCSA for an exciting stadium refurbishment. They are looking for a Freelance MEP Manager with responsibility for the mechanical and electrical packages for the tender bid process.
The company, which has strong financial backing by its parent company, are looking to deliver Tier 1 quality but without the red tape that comes with it.
You will join a bid team that includes a Senor Quantity Surveyor, Design Manager and Estimator,
The Key Attributes: • Tier 1 & 2 experience on PCSA stage 2 • Able to provide supporting evidence of pre-construction experience on major projects between £50m - £100m • Committed, driven with high energy levels. • Stadia experience would be an advantage • A collaborative and can-do approach • Tender and Pre-construction • Sub-contractor selection • Setting up systems for testing, inspections and commissioning, • Attend site meetings with site staff and sub-contractors.
This is an excellent long term freelance opportunity to work on a high profile project.
