MEP Project Manager (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)

Immediate start available, 6 months initial duration. Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring successful design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Maintain compliance, governance, and performance standards throughout all phases of the project. Project Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operational management of MEP works within construction projects. Implement and monitor end-to-end project programmes, set milestones, and manage deliverables. Develop contingency plans (Plan B) for risk mitigation.
Design & Technical Oversight: Ensure full compliance with design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes. Challenge design solutions to improve buildability and reduce whole-life costs.
Commercial & Contractual Management: Control commercial aspects of the project, including financial forecasting and cost-value reconciliation (CVR).
