M&E Site Manager → Building Services Manager | City of London | £80k + Travel + PackageI’m working with a leading main contractor who has just secured a major cut & carve commercial redevelopment in the City, with works starting now and completion targeted for August 2027.This is a standout opportunity for an M&E Site Manager who wants to step up into a Building Services Manager role.The project will transform an existing 1990s building into 120,000 sq ft of high-spec, all-electric workspace, including:Structural extensions (6th & 7th floors) with a new rooftop pavilionMultiple landscaped terracesNew ground floor café & enhanced receptionStrong sustainability focus with an all-electric strategyThey’re looking for someone to take ownership of M&E delivery on site, with a clear pathway to move into a BSM position as the job progresses.The Role:Manage and drive all M&E packages on siteCoordinate subcontractors across mechanical & electrical tradesWork closely with the Project Manager and technical teamsLead commissioning and handoverGradually step into a broader Building Services Manager remitWhat they’re looking for:Experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial projectsExposure to cut & carve / refurbishment schemesStrong technical understanding across M&E servicesAmbition to progress into a BSM roleAbility to manage subcontractors and keep programme movingWhat’s on offer:Up to £80k salaryTravel covered + packageLong-term project through to 2027Work on a complex, high-profile City schemeIf you’re an M&E Site Manager feeling ready for that next step but not being given the opportunity — this is exactly that. #J-18808-Ljbffr
