Job Description

Elite are partnering with a heritage luxury fashion brand, seeking an MAA to support the merchandising team. This position ensures the smooth execution of trading activities through strong administrative support, accurate data management, and insightful analysis, contributing to the commercial success of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the merchandising team
  • Raise and manage purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain product, stock, and supplier data across internal systems
  • Monitor stock levels and support allocation and replenishment strategies
  • Track deliveries and assist in managing the critical path
  • Produce weekly sales reports, identifying key trends and opportunities
  • Support pricing, markdown, and promotional activities
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams


Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables desirable)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • A genuine interest in premium, luxury fashion and market trends
