What to expect:
In this role you will coach and develop individuals to achieve their individual annual targets while building and implementing team direction to drive results. You will complete and monitor performance appraisals, Performance development plans and Talent development reviews. You will set appropriate objectives for the team that will support delivery of targets and monitor and feedback on performance against objectives.
