Job Description Operational support within busy department. To ensure MHE field-based service/support functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service to our customer base. Key Duties of a MHE Manager: Prepare and deliver KPI packs and service reviews in conjunction with MHE providers. Field based advise and technical support. Liaise with both Service/Support & Procurement Managers. MHE fleet installation support. Point of contact for any short-term rental requirements. Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the Intranet system. Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information. Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
