Role: Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperSalary: Up to £65,000 per annum Contract Type: we have both Permanent and 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) opportunities available Location: Hybrid role, with majority WFH. Candidates must be open to occasional travel across UK.The RoleWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications that drive efficiency and improve operational performance. Youll work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to turn business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and customise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)Develop and automate workflows using Power AutomateBuild and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security modelsIntegrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systemsCreate and manage custom connectors and API integrationsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solutionsConduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisationProvide documentation, user support, and training where requiredStay up to date with the latest Power Platform developments and best practicesWhat Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power PlatformStrong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseExperience integrating with Microsoft 365 servicesSolid understanding of data modelling and business intelligence conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable:Experience with Dynamics 365Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practicesExposure to Power BI and advanced analyticsAdditional InformationCandidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC)Occasional travel within the UK may be requiredOpportunities for progression as the organisation grows and technology capability expandsWhat youll get in return6% employee matched pension contribution25 days annual leaveSingle private medical coverLife assurance 2x annual salaryJBRP1_UKTJ
