Senior Associate – Finance (4–7 PQE) | London Key Responsibilities: Lead and support on Sports Finance deals, including club and stadium financings Draft and negotiate finance documents (e.g. facility agreements, US private placements) Advise lenders, borrowers, and investors across complex finance structures Collaborate across teams on leveraged, structured, and project finance work

Requirements: 4–7 years PQE in finance law Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
